| INSIGHT is a reporting package designed for

your entire call center reporting needs, whether you are the
Database Administrator or the call center manager, all you need
to do is pick from the hundreds of different call center statistics
that have been pre-calculated for you and build reports to manage
your call center activity. INSIGHT allows you to simply “click
and pick” the statistics that you require for your report.
The reports you build are therefore fully customized.
INSIGHT comprises of an INSIGHT Wizard and
an INSIGHT Manager. The Wizard is a deployment tool that guides
you through a step-by-step process of installing and configuring
INSIGHT. The Manager is a management tool for data processing
and storage requirements.
INSIGHT is functionally independent. It ensures the security
and safety of your existing data by only reading data from
your call center’s database and not altering the original
data. It creates a new and separate database for itself and
stores all pre-calculated and historical statistics in that
database. Automatic backup and archival maintains the speed
and efficiency of the system.
